These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Easier Mobile ("we", "us") governing your use of the AI Cleaner: Clean up Storage mobile application ("AI Cleaner", "the app"). By installing or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The one thing to read: AI Cleaner deletes and re-encodes files on your device at your instruction. Deletion is permanent and we keep no copy — back up anything you cannot afford to lose before cleaning.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and with Google Play's Terms of Service. We retain all rights in the app, its code, its design and its trademarks; nothing here transfers ownership to you.
The app finds files it identifies as duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, large media, or junk, and lets you remove or compress them. Those identifications are automated suggestions, not guarantees — a file the app groups as a duplicate or as junk may still matter to you.
Secret Space encrypts files on your device with a password you choose. The password never leaves your device and we do not have it. There is no recovery mechanism. If you forget the password, the files cannot be decrypted by you or by us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage permanently deletes the vault and everything in it. Keep your password somewhere safe and keep copies of anything irreplaceable outside the vault.
The app is free to download. Some actions — such as compressing or deleting large numbers of photos and videos — have a daily allowance in the free tier; the current allowance is shown in the app.
Where optional Pro features or subscriptions are offered, they are sold exclusively through Google Play Billing. Prices, currency, taxes, billing period, and auto-renewal are those shown in the Google Play purchase flow at the time of purchase.
We may add, modify, or remove features, and may release updates that are required for the app to keep working. Some functionality shown in the app may be unavailable or labelled as not implemented; we make no commitment that any particular feature will be released.
The app is distributed through Google Play and uses Google's on-device ML Kit library. Links in the app may open the Play Store, our website, or our support email. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The app processes your photos, videos and files on your device and sends nothing to us. See the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
AI Cleaner is a general-audience utility intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its scan results will be accurate or complete, or that it will free any particular amount of storage space. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms when the app changes. The revised version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
